I (Applicant/Organization) have read and understand the laws and guidelines in the State of Connecticut of Agriculture Farmers’ Market Guide State of Connecticut of Agriculture Farmers Market Guide and the Marlborough Vendor Rules and will adhere to all guidelines.
Farmers Market health and safety regulations are mandated by the State of Connecticut and administered by the Zina's Cucina.
I will submit a Connecticut Department of Agriculture 2025 Crop Plan (Farmers Only) or a Connecticut Department of Agriculture Specialty Crop Plan (Specialty Non-Farm Only) as applicable.
No political organizations, politicians, political candidates, etc., shall be allowed at the Market. The Market Master reserves the right to revoke, deny, or make an exception for any organization’s application for any reason.
General and Product Liability Insurance is required for all vendors, including community organizations, to participate in this Market. Zina's Cucina and the Town of Marlborough must be listed as additional insured and include a Waiver of Subrogation.
All vendors shall submit a Sales and Use Tax Permit, if applicable, in accordance with the State of Connecticut. All value-added products must be made in Connecticut. No out of state produced items are allowed.
Vendors shall agree to be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any person or property whatever by reason of negligence on the part of any person engaged in the activity being sponsored. Vendor agrees to hold Zina's Cucina and the Town of Marlborough and any of its agents and employees harmless for any and all losses caused by the permittee or any person engaged in activity being sponsored under the permit. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older.
