Pork Tenderloin Roulaude – Premium pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and stuffed with apples, carmalized onions, dried cranberries and cheddar cheese. Served with a sweet potato-citrus puree and crispy pan fried brussel sprouts 24
Braised Lamb Shank – Slow braised lamb presented on the bone and served over a mushroom risotto, wild baby carrots and topped with its own jus 29
Zina’s Cucina is the story of husband and wife team, Tony and Margaret
Mangiafico, coming together to share their family’s love of authentic, simple
foods and good-natured company. Raised in southeast Sicily, Tony’s mother,
Vincenza, affectionately known as “Zina”, loved the kitchen as much as she loved her family. She was a simple, hard-working woman who followed her Navy Officer husband around the world with their five kids in tow. Wherever they may have been, family dinner in the kitchen was at the core.
