Pan Seared Pork Belly - Premium pork belly seared until crispy and coated with a spicy and savory glaze. Served over a carrot and ginger pure, fried fingerling potato and topped with pickled red onion. Finished with an oil of green onion 14


Red Wine Braised Short Rib - Succulent short rib seared then braised for 4 hours. Served over a savory butternut puree, sautéed brussel sprouts and wild baby carrots. Finished with a reduction of red wine and its own jus  33

Roast Pork with Arugula Gnudi –  Cured and roasted pork belly  served with a house made gnudi, braised fennel, brown butter emulsion, and a sauce of roasted garlic  26

Zina’s Cucina

Zina’s Cucina is the story of husband and wife team, Tony and Margaret
Mangiafico, coming together to share their family’s love of authentic, simple
foods and good-natured company. Raised in southeast Sicily, Tony’s mother,
Vincenza, affectionately known as “Zina”, loved the kitchen as much as she loved her family. She was a simple, hard-working woman who followed her Navy Officer husband around the world with their five kids in tow. Wherever they may 
have been, family dinner in the kitchen was at the core.


We at Zina’s Cucina aim to serve you the freshest, most authentic version of our family recipes from our new kitchen here in Marlborough, CT. Thank you for
welcoming us to your town. We look forward to sharing our table with you.
