With more than 30 years behind the bar, Ruth is an award-winning mixologist whose craft has been featured in Bartender and Cheers magazines. Her reputation for bold, memorable cocktails is well-earned — every drink is built with fresh ingredients, seasonal flavors, and the kind of precision that only comes from years in the industry.

Ruth joined Zina’s in the earliest planning stages, fell in love with what it could become, and ultimately invested to take ownership. Today, she leads with the same philosophy she’s lived her whole career: treat every guest like you’re welcoming them into your own home.
